Security Services Manager
Reporting to the Head of Risk the successful candidate will be responsible for implementation and Monitoring of the Bank’s Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols of the bank premises to deter and detect unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to promptly respond to any security breaches or
incidents. - Ensure all access points are secured and properly managed, including doors, windows, and gates.
- Act as the first responder in emergencies such as robberies, fire, suspicious incidents, and other panic situations.
- Implement emergency protocols to safeguard employees, customers, and assets.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop mitigation
strategies. - Collaborate with relevant departments to implement security measures and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Assist in conducting security audits and assessments to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Provide security training and guidance to employees to ensure adherence to security policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and vigilance among staff members.
- Conduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of security protocols.
- Document all security incidents, breaches, and responses accurately and thoroughly.
- Prepare incident reports for management review and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct ad hoc Branch/Agency visits to observe staff behavior and patterns.
- Fire safety.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Degree in Security Management, Criminology or any related field.
- Police, Military, Security Management Background is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in security operations, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
