Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Certificate in security studies or certificate in security supervision. Those with a diploma in security studies will have an advantage
- 2 years’ experience as a security supervisor .at a security company
- Should be able to ride a Motorbike(compulsory).
- Have knowledge of excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
- Hiring and Training Security Guards
- Creating schedules and deployment of guards
- Conducting patrol to all sites
- Implementing security policies
- Assisting police with investigations
- Producing security reports
- Attending meetings
