Role Overview:
We are looking for physically fit, disciplined, and professional individuals to join our team as Security Officers. Successful candidates will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients’ properties and ensuring a secure environment.
Key Requirements:
Minimum MSCE qualification or equivalent.
Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks.
Minimum height:5’8” (172 cm) for effective physical presence in security situations.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Previous experience in security or related fields is an added advantage.
Clean criminal record (Police clearance will be required).
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrolling and monitoring premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized activities.
Maintaining a visible security presence to deter potential threats.
Controlling access to assigned locations.
Responding promptly to emergencies and incidents.
Reporting daily activities and any incidents to supervisors.
