VACANCY
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the role of Secretary.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- A Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
- Typing Speed of at least 70 words per minute
- Pitman/ City and Guilds Certificates will be added advantage
- At least 5 years experience in a busy environment.
Duties
Duties will include typing, scheduling appointments, organising the office and work schedules, making travel arrangements for staff and any other duties as may be assigned from time to time. The ideal
candidate should have good organizational skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Remuneration
An attractive remuneration package commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience will be provided to the successful candidate.
