Position: Secondary School Teachers
The CCAP Blantyre Synod Education Department seeks to fill the following positions in its Mission Private Secondary Schools.
Position: Secondary School Teachers
Creates and delivers engaging lessons to diverse groups of students at all levels. Promotes enthusiasm for learning and for subjects. Adheres to national curriculum standards. Collects and reports on correct and detailed records of student performance and maintains classroom order.
Requirements:
Education Degree or Diploma with either 2 to 3 years teaching experience respectively with proven records of performance, Qualified Teacher Status, Previous Teaching Experience, Class Management Skills, Curriculum Building, Lesson Planning, Extensive Knowledge of Relevant Teaching Subject Area, Adaptable Teaching Practices, Creative Problem-Solving Skills, Patience, Empathy, Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Developed Organisational Skills, Prioritisation, Deadline Adherence, Relationship Building.
The selected persons will teach in the following subjects:
a. Science: Physical Science, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics, Agriculture
b. Languages: English, Chichewa, and French
c. Applied Sciences: Wood work, Metal Work, Music, ICT and Textile and Design, Home Economics.
d. Humanities-Bible Knowledge, Geography, History, Life Skills,
