Job Description:
Develop and implement comprehensive units of study, ensuring academic excellence.
Tailor the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of students, delivering engaging class presentations.
Actively engage in all school activities, including faculty meetings, and prioritize student safety.
Proactively address student performance and well-being, collaborating with parents and colleagues.
Drive rigorous academic assessments, providing detailed progress reports to the school principal.
Design and implement teaching programs fostering mental and emotional development.
Maintain meticulous records in compliance with laws and school policies.
Guide students through academic, mental, and physical well-being, offering support in life challenges.
Cultivate a collaborative relationship with the campus team to achieve academic goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education.
Proficiency in English and Chichewa.
Minimum of 3 years of high school teaching experience.
Willingness to adhere to the child safeguarding policy.
Emotional stability, spiritual maturity, honesty, and a commitment to knowledge transfer.
