Job description

Plan, prepare, and maintain all units of study.
Be resourceful! Implement and update the curriculum as student needs dictate to fit within the defined brand of the Academy, which include well-thought class presentations and interactions.
Be present! Ensure that you are actively engaged in all routine activities at the academy, including faculty meetings and activities, organizing class activities and programs, participating in field trips, and ensuring the safety of students at all times.
Demonstrate proactiveness in dealing with students’ performances and well-being in liaison with parents, peer students, and fellow teaching staff
Drive excellent and constructive student’ academic assessment with subsequent progress reports furnishing the school’s principal
Set activities and teaching programs designed to be conducive to the mental and emotional development of the students
Ensure you are aggressive in record keeping students’ activities following laws, and school policies
Develop students’ academic, mental, and physical well-being while guiding them through various life problems.
Establish a cordial relationship with the whole team on campus to ensure that the school achieves its set goals and objectives
Demonstrate complete stewardship with the students’ lives evidenced in your ability to enforce rules and disciplinary actions where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

·       Bachelor’s degree in Education

·       Must have 3 years of working experience

·       Should be ready to sign child safeguarding policy

·       Emotionally stable, spiritually mature, honest, transparent, and can transfer knowledge.
