CJK Multimedia is recruiting Graphic Designer, the position tenable in Lilongwe, Malawi.
POSITION: Screen Printing Technician
CONTRACT DURATION: 1 year
REPORTING TO: General Manager
Commitment: Full time job
LOCATION: Lilongwe.
Purpose of Position
- Preparing screens for printing by stretching fabric over frames and securing it using tension bars or clips
- Mixing dyes to create specific colours for different projects
- Preparing screens for printing by applying emulsion to mesh fabric on a screen frame and exposing it to light
- Preparing ink for use in printing processes such as screen printing or letterpress printing
- Keep track of production numbers throughout the day
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels
- Perform routine maintenance on screen printing presses and other equipment
- Assist with the set-up and break-down of the screen printing department.
REQUIREMENTS
- MSCE or any related certificate related to position
- Experience is the best requirement
- Very flexible and ready to work during odd hours.
