• School Head Teacher (Able to teach a combination of subjects)
• 2 Science Teachers (with any subject combinations)

Headteacher Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management
  • Provide visionary leadership to the school o Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and effective school management. o Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve academic and institutional goals.
• Academic Excellence o Teaching a combination of classes
  • Supervise curriculum planning and ensure adherence to national education standards.
  • Monitor teaching quality and support staff professional development. o Evaluate and analyze academic performance data to drive improvement.
• Staff Supervision o Recruit, train, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. o Promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
• Student Development o Promote a safe and supportive environment for students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Address disciplinary matters fairly and consistently.
  • Organize extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.
• Stakeholder Engagement o Act as a liaison between the school, parents, community, and education authorities.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding school programs, policies, and progress.
  • Build partnerships to enhance school resources and opportunities.
• Administrative Duties o Manage the school resources effectively. o Develop, review and improve official school documents
• Continuous Improvement o Identify and implement innovative teaching and management practices.
  • Stay updated on trends and developments in education. o Cultivate a culture of lifelong learning within the school community.

Headteacher Qualifications

• Bachelor`s degree in education (Humanities/ Languages/Sciences)
• Excellent Leadership and communications skills
• At least 4 years of work experience in administration or related field
• Proficient with the use of computer programs, report writing, and forecasting
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to implement processes, and procedures and follow compliance
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Able to adapt quickly and professionally to a changing environment

Science Teachers

• Bachelor`s degree /Diploma in Education of any science subjects combination
• Subject matter expertise
• At least two years working experience in related field
