God's Grace Academy

God’s Grace Academy, an International Christian Day and Boarding High School offering the Cambridge curriculum, is currently seeking applications for qualified and experienced personnel to fill the following positions starting in September 2024.

Applicants must be mature born-again Christians, committed to the school’s Christian values and principles.

SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR

Duties and responsibilities

  • The office will have an overall responsibility of running all administrative tasks of the academy; overseeing daily operations of the administration staff, ensuring employee productivity and creating a positive work environment for employees.
  • Overseeing daily operations of the school such as ensuring the availability of resources for the smooth running of the school, events management, freight management and logistics.
  • The school administrator shall lead by example in adherence and knowledge of GGA’s vision, mission and core values demonstrated by the commitment to act in an ethical manner using behaviours that promote a team concept.

Education Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Business Management/Administration with a minimum of 3 years, experience working in an education institution. A qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge in financial management, procurement, marketing and facility management
  • Proven experience of leading and managing others and strong word, excel and power point presentation skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in working in an education institution will be an added advantage
