POSITION: Scale Clerks (20)
Location:Sukambizi Trust Association (S.T.A)
Reporting to:Division Managers
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
- Weighing/ Buying the farmer’s green leaf using designated digital weighing scales.
- Liaise with the transport/ lorry drivers for faster collection and transportation of green leaf from the blocks to the factory.
- Handle complaints arising from green leaf weighment.
- Keep good care of the digital weighing machine
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to the S.T.A division managers.
- Any other duty assigned by the supervisor or manager.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- MSCE with at least a Credit in Mathematics.
- Should be computer literate
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Proven track record of being dependable and of good reputation.
- Should be an individual who can work with minimum supervision.
