2. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of the vehicle parts in our inventory. Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.

3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

4. Lead Management: Follow up with leads promptly and efficiently, both online and offline. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

5. Networking: Actively network within the automotive industry to generate leads and referrals. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand your professional network and promote Agason Motors.

6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other members of the sales team, as well as colleagues from other departments such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the automotive industry, including knowledge of different vehicle makes and models, market trends, and competitor offerings, is essential.

2. Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry. Experience with consultative selling techniques and relationship-building skills are highly desirable.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively and build rapport. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
