SALES REPRESENTATIVES – 2 POSTS (Mzuzu and Karonga)
The ideal candidates will be responsible for:
1. Conducting calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
2. Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers
3. Maintaining records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
4. Traveling within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
5. Selling the company’s products or services to customers within the given territory
6. Monitoring the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
7. Working closely with marketing department to help build the brand
8. Ensuring excellent delivery of services to customers
9. Preparing quotations
10. Preparing checklists
11. Invoicing
12. After Sales service
SKILLS AND COMPETENCE
The person should:
1. Have strong interpersonal skills
2. Be conversant with construction industry
3. Be a Self-starter
4. Be detail oriented
5. Be willing to work independently
6. Be able to work under minimal supervision
QUALIFICATION
The candidates should have a minimum of Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration.
