POSITION: SALES PERSONNEL
Nutri Foods Dairy Industries invites applications from suitably qualified and established candidates to fill the position of Sales Personnel tenable at Chatha, Chileka Road, Blantyre.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales with product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm
- Introduce company’s products to customers while emphasizing products’ strongest features
- Discuss special promotions with managers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Allocation of new markets and maintenance of old ones
- Ensure deliveries are done in time as per customer’s request
- Making sure vans leave at the right time with the right quantity of goods
- Ensure merchandisers are working as requested by the company
- Keep track of inventory.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing from a recognized and reputable institution. Those with a higher qualification will have an added advantage
- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Working knowledge of market and consumer requirements and dynamics
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic mathematics skills.
