Chibuku Products Limited, the manufacturer and distributor of opaque beer of Chibuku Shake-Shake, Chibuku Super, Chibuku Special and other non-alcoholic beverages such as Maheu Super is inviting applications from passionate and self-motivated persons – males and females – to fill the following vacant position below:
SALES OPERATIONS OFFICER
This position is tenable at Blantyre and Mangochi Breweries and reports directly to the Head of Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient and effective monitoring of route and sales performance by driver/salesmen.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Debriefing of Driver/Salesmen.
- Analysis and appraisal of route.
- Carry out Driver-Sales audits.
- Monitoring of volume and stock level outlets. Keep up-to-date volume-tracking schedules.
- Prepare route returns and operations summaries
REQUIRED SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of Diploma in any field.
- Certificate in Sales and Marketing with strong emphasis in distribution.
- Should be analytical with attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills.
- Should be prepared to work odd hours and weekends
- Team Player
