Innovision is seeking a Sales Officer to drive client acquisition and help us meet our monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving results.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand our customer base.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional campaigns.
- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an advanced diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Prior experience in the creative or marketing industry is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation
- 250,000 Net Salary
- Sales target-based bonuses
