Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Negotiate and secure long-term trading agreements with retailers, wholesalers, and key partners.
- Identify market opportunities and report on individual brand performance to our international principals.
- Drive company sales strategy, ensuring maximum revenue and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) from a reputable institution (BSc preferred).
- Proficient in computer applications and Sage ERP.
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
Experience:
- 2+ years of proven experience in Sales Management.
- 2+ years of experience in the FMCG sector.
- Solid understanding and experience with FMCG Brands.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with solid problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
