POST: SALES – FRONT OFFICE DESK

Applicants are invited from suitable and qualified Females to fill the position of Sales – Front Office Desk immediately at  AVIS Rent a Car Malawi, Blantyre Office on a full time three year contract an energetic, proactive, presentable, hardworking with attention to details and a very honest individual are some of the attributes for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & WORK EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Front Office certificate (from MIT) or related field.
• A minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education
• Very Mature and above 33 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a busy office
• Must be conversant with Micro soft Office.
• Very good reporting skills & able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent to communicate effectively in both spoken and written form.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling of vehicle inspections
• Customer Assistance & care: Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Ensure a positive experience for customers throughout
• Monitoring and reviewing sales performance by sending a comprehensive daily report.
• Processing letters for cross boarders rentals, opening rental agreements, scanning and distribution road service permits (RSP) , certificate of fitness (COF) and insurance disks across
• Customers follow up, filing vehicle files accurately and meeting with clients to negotiate business deals just to mention but a few.
• Responding to emails and reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager for anything concerning the department.
