Sales Enablement Lead

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Enablement Lead will drive the effectiveness of retail banking sales teams by developing
and implementing training programs, managing sales tools, and ensuring alignment with banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales team skills and knowledge.
• Ensure optimal use of sales tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with product teams to align sales enablement with product offerings.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of sales tools and training programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Banking, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Retail Banking, or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of sales training and enablement methodologies.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
