Commission Representative in our Blantyre and Lilongwe office.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Business Development Manager.
The Job Purpose
BCS seeks to appoint a Sales Commission Representative who will be responsible for driving
the Sales, Grow, manage and update sales leads and sales forecasts information on the sales application to ensure healthy business funnel and accuracy of information at all times.
A. Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new Customers and search for new leads to increase sales and hence revenues.
- Maintain good relationships with Customers to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Meeting monthly sales targets by pushing our wide portfolio of products and services.
B. Education, Experience & Knowledge:
-
- Minimum of a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of target-based relevant sales experience with proven track record.
- Capable of working effectively and productively with team members.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) interpersonal, marketing and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of relevant technology applications.
- Have an appreciation of sales in ICT products and services.

Quality workmanship.
High professional integrity and team player.
Willingness to travel domestically.
Ready to undergo Certification on a continuous basis.
