Are you up for a challenge and looking to join a growing start-up? VITALITE Sales department is looking for a sales & service representative to be based in Chitipa (Rural), Northern Region Malawi.
We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic individual who is able to assist our distribution team in with their sales and servicing responsibilities. You will be responsible for recruiting and maintaining a large and diverse group of resellers. You will also be responsible for oversight and warehousing of inventory to be sold by the resellers.
Requirements
Key Characteristics
• Sales & Marketing experience.• Proven sales track record.• Basic understanding of Accounting.• Diploma in business related programs• Professional & Proactive attitude.• Comfortable in an independent role.• Must be highly organized and poses an ability to multi-task.
- Motorcycle license and proven track record handling a motorcycle. You will be required to operate a motorcycle on a daily basis.
Additional Requirements • Excellent interpersonal skills.• Must be a team player.• Must be able to multi-task.• Strong problem solving skills.• Critical thinking.• Must be able to provide good customer service and client relationship.• Degree in area of business a plus
