Sparc Systems Limited is looking for a suitably qualified person to join our team as a Sales and Operations

Director.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales and Operations Director will be responsible for leading,

managing and optimizing the sales and operational functions of the organization. This role will work

cross-functionally with key departments to drive revenue growth, streamline operational processes and

enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy, driving growth and market expansion.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Set clear sales targets, track performance, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve goals.
  • Provide a synopsis on the management of the Enterprise Business services customers, guide team members in developing technical and commercial service/product proposals, tenders or offers for submission to potential client.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring long-term business success.

 Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
  •  Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent service delivery.

 Strategic Planning and Analysis:

  •  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular sales and operational performance reviews, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements.
  •  Collaborate with the technical department in continuous development and enhancement of new products and services.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for both sales and operations, ensuring financial targets are met.

Customer Focus:

  •  Ensure that the sales and operations teams are consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Address and resolve any escalated customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Additional and Professional Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or related field (Master’s degree will be an added advantage).
  • A marketing professional qualification is desirable.
  • 10 years’ experience in Information Technology products and services environment.
  •  Knowledge of channel and key account management.
  •  Knowledge of business development and category management.
  • Business planning and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels both internally and externally.
  •  Strong capability in building strategic and multilevel relationships.
  • Stakeholder relations management, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge in Information Technology and business understanding
  •  Strong leadership skills and team work with ability to motivate.
