Green Code Waste Solutions Ltd is a registered Malawian-owned company that offers innovative waste management solutions. To better serve and satisfy our customers, we are looking for creative, hardworking, and self-driven individuals based in Blantyre to fill a vacant position at our company. They will report to the Sales and Marketing Executive.

Sales and Marketing Representative (1 Position)

Responsibilities

• Generating leads.

• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

• Maintaining client relations.

• Creating and presenting sales performance reports

• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

• Understanding and promoting company programs.

• Answering client questions about products and prices.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Representative.

• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.

• High-level communication and networking skills.

• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Be able to represent Green Code Waste Solutions Ltd at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

• Ability to work well under pressure.

Education and Experience

• Diploma in marketing or related fields

• MSCE

• 1 year of work experience as a Sales and Marketing representative or a similar position in the sales department.
