POSITION: SALES AND MARKETING OFFICERS (2)

Location: Area 3, Lilongwe
Mafumu Hotels is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Sales and Marketing Officer. We are looking for dynamic individuals with a proven track record in the Hospitality Industry to contribute to our team.
SALES AND DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICERS (2)
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
– Demonstrated work experience in the Hospitality Industry.
– Possession of a recognized degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Sales.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality sector.
– Graphic design experience is highly desirable.
– Events management experience is a plus.
– Knowledge and experience in selling Accommodation, Food & Beverages, and Conferencing Services.
– Ability to drive sales, enhance business relationships with both new and existing clients.
– Proven usage of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.
– Self-starter with excellent customer service skills.
– Familiarity with modern digital marketing tools to enhance online presence.
– Experience in conducting training sessions and developing sales strategies.
– Knowledge of sales management practices.
– Proficient in problem-solving, multitasking, presentation, and management.
– Willingness to work flexible hours.
