Sales and Marketing Officers at BOF Electronic Security Systems

BOF Electronic Security Systems is a company registered by Registrar General of Companies in Malawi .We are specialized in designing, supplying, installing and servicing all electronic security systems i.e security alarms, CCTV, biometrics, electric fence, automated gate, smoke detecting system and uninterrupted power system (Solar power backup), among others.

We are looking for two energetic young ladies residing in Blantyre to join the company as SALES AND MARKETING OFFICERS .

The primary purpose of the position is to develop sales and marketing strategies and attracting new clients while returning existing ones. The successful sales and marketing person will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets; play a key role in increasing income and revenue by generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

Responsibilities

• “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, presentations etc)

• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships

• Meet personal and team sales targets

• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

Requirements and skills

• Proven sales experience, at least 2 years

• At least a diploma in related field ( Business, Marketing, Journalism) a degree is a plus

• Track record of over-achieving quota targets

• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and driven

• Must be a Young lady residing in Blantyre

Remuneration– This position is a commission based +Fixed Transport
