SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the post of Sales and Marketing Officer existing at PACOSALI FOUNDATION at Chiladzuru Headquarters:
Purpose of the job
Implementing activities related to pacosali, advertising, launching, promotions, on spot visits and follow up of set schedules. Produce and submit monthly activity progress reports and any new developments to management.
Parkstreet convention saving and loan investment (PACOSALI) is a registered company that is aimed at empowering grass roots communities by supporting village and saving loan and other related development projects.
Duties
- Develop pricing strategies balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark up factors.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of products development, such as budget, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return – on – investment and profit – loss projections.
- Formulate direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
- Advocate PACOSALI new innovation ideas and brand promotion
- To bring new innovative ideas for the organization growth
- To conduct fundraising activities for the organization.
- To conduct marketing research and development for the organization
- To adhere marketing risk compliance for the organization
- Formulate Marketing policy to mitigate the competitive advantage for the organization
- To negotiate business deals with other related partners.
- To implement targets and work deadlines as agreed upon by management.
- To enable remarkable & continuous generation of cash flow into the company’s coffers in order to induce an effective & sustainable economic environment.
- Advertise the organization in various media platforms
Qualifications
A minimum of a diploma in marketing & communications with 2years previous experience in sales and marketing especially working with Microfinance agencies/ Banks. Degree in Marketing or Business administration from recognized institution will be added advantage 2years experience working with Banks or microfinance agencies.
Must have Excellent communication skills both orally and written, multi-tasked with ability to quickly prioritize and organize, Team player who collaborates with ease and contagious creative energy, Strategic vision and strong business acumen, Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, Confident contributor who can accept and implement constructive feedback.
