Job Vacancy: Sales Agents (Blantyre, Lilongwe, Zomba, Mulanje, Chikwawa, Mangochi, Chikwawa, Ntcheu, Kasungu, Salima, Mzuzu, Rumphi, Karonga & Nkhatabay)
WiseChoice Insurance Agency are the pioneers of digital insurance in Malawi and are committed to providing products that are affordable and easier to process. Our Goal is to surpass customers’ expectations in as far as life assurance policies are concerned.
We are looking for self-motivated, energetic candidates to fill up this position
Primary Duties:
- Promote and source leads for WiseChoice products to your community & region
- Follow up leads and encourage them to sign up
- Book up appointments and meet potential clients in your local area
- Assist in completing and submitting application forms including all ID’s
- Ensure you encourage customers to pay first premium- so we can pay your compensation/ commission.
- Chase payment confirmation and encourage them to send receipt once premium has
been paid - Submit weekly reports to the regional representatives
- Meet the regional representatives on monthly basis.
Eligibility, criteria, Qualifications
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) with good grades in English and
Mathematics - Experience in sales, those with industry experience will have an added advantage
- Professional fluency in oral and written English.
