SALES AGENTS
Job purpose:
- To plan and carry out direct marketing and selling of Life insurance products that Vanguard Life Assurance Company offers to the public in accordance with clients’ changing insurance needs and business plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Direct selling of life insurance services as per agreed budgets, product mix and timescales.
- Approach potential clients by utilizing phone solicitation and making presentations.
- Develop a base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals to compile lists of prospects.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support in liaison with the company’s administration staff.
- Follow up sales enquiries by post, emails, telephone, and personal visits.
Personal profile:
- Mature, well-groomed, credible and a team player
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook
- An excellent face to face and telephone communicator with good negotiating skills
- Confident, hardworking and Enthusiastic
Not below 25 years of age.
Experience & Qualification:
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
- Experience in Life Insurance sales will be an added advantage.
