Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the multiple vacant positions tenable at PBM Construction Offices in area 43 and area 25, Lilongwe. Deadline 12.11.24

POSITION: SALES AGENT-CONCRETE AND BLOCKS (1)

REPORT TO: Sales Manager Rock-it

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, meet sales targets.
• Promote concrete, block products to construction companies, builders, and contractors.
• Familiarize with construction industry standards and regulations.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Keeping all the records of transactions up-to-date according to PBM Policy.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

REQUIREMENTS

• MSCE, Diploma in Marketing or equivalent, those with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field will have added advantage.
• Sales certificates
• 2 years of sales experience in the construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literate
