POSITION/ROLE PURPOSE:
Sales agent acts as a liaison between Nyasa Capital Finance and client. The main purpose is to increase sales for Nyasa Capital Finance while building strong customer relationships.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of Certificate/ Diploma in Banking/Finance/ Business administration and/or any other related field. Previous experience in selling financial services will be an added advantage.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Ability to identify customer needs.
- Understanding of the products and services being sold.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Identify leads and prospect new clients so that appropriate products can be offered according to their needs.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Accountable for ensuring high level customer satisfaction and addressing any Issues that may arise
- Executing any other duties as assigned from superiors from time to time.
