Kawiluwilu SACCO is looking for a SACCO Team Leader.

The incumbent should be capable of:

• Preparing and analysing the organisational business plan and budget annually.
• Developing policies and business strategies aimed at helping the SACCO to grow.
• Developing and maintaining an organisational structure that ensures effective communication channels through an appropriate chain of command.
• Excellent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and computer applications.
• High attention to detail, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style

Key Competences and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Accountancy, or Finance
• Two years of relevant experience at the supervisory level preferably in the financial sector.
