Position: Ruby Developer (Project-Based)

We’re currently looking for a talented Ruby Developer to join us on a project basis to help build and maintain backend systems as part of an exciting new initiative.

Employment Type: Project-Based / Contract
Responsibilities

• Contribute to backend development using Ruby (and Ruby on Rails if applicable).
• Build and integrate APIs, background jobs, and data flows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver functional features.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Ensure performance and scalability for production-level systems.

Required Skills/Abilities

• 3+ years of experience in Ruby development (Ruby on Rails).
• Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and backend architecture.
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Comfortable with Git-based workflows and agile methodologies.
• Clear communication and ability to deliver independently on a timeline.

Added Advantages

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/AZURE).
• Ability to integrate third-party APIs and services.

Position: WordPress Developer (Project-Based)

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
• Build responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly websites.
• Work with WooCommerce, Elementor, or other popular tools.
• Optimize site performance, security, and loading speed.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Required Skills/Abilities

• 3+ years of experience in WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with WordPress hooks, actions, filters, and the REST API.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Added Advantages

• Experience with Figma-to-WordPress conversions.
• Knowledge of Headless WordPress.
• Experience developing multilingual or multi-site WordPress environments.
