ROOM STEWARD
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing comfort to hotel guests by ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean and properly presented.
- Promoting a positive image of the property to guests, be pleasant, friendly and able to address problems or special requests.
- Collecting and deliver guest laundry.
- Supplying guest amenities and re-stock mini bars to preset levels
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Certificate in Hospitality
- Be honest.
