Job title: Delivery Rider’s Supervisor
Location: Lilongwe
Reporting to: The Marketing Officer
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Develop and optimize delivery routes to minimize fuel consumption, reduce delivery times, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and supervise delivery drivers
- Address any performance issues or conflicts among team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards governing delivery operations.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions for delivery drivers to promote safe driving practices and prevent accidents.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, fuel consumption, and delivery accuracy.
- Ensure that delivery motorcycle equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related field
2 years experience in supervising provision of courier services
3. GPS knowledge
4. Motorcycle or driving license
5. smart and clean
6. Interpersonal skills
7. Knowledge of delivery routes
