DUTIES
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Manage front-of-house staff and help exceed guest expectations
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Prepare cost and operational reporting, and verify the reporting of cash handling, sales,
- Maintain high standards for picture perfect food presentation
- Enforce health, safety, and company protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Schedule staff shifts and coordinate tasks
- Conduct staff training and development
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficiency
- Monitor financial performance and contribute to budgeting
- Implement marketing initiatives for customer traffic
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain sanitation standards and procedures
- Ensure equipment maintenance is completed when necessary and operation areas are always running successfully
Requirements:
- English Speaking.
- A strong hospitality mindset.
- A DEGREE IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT is an added advantage.
- Over FIVE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in the fast food industry.
- Preferably a resident within areas 49, 47, or 18.
- Ability to undergo a three-month training period.
