The Transforming Higher Education Systems project is a 5-year, USAID-funded program, implemented by Michigan State University. The project seeks 1 full-time Research for Innovation Technical Outcome Lead.
The Outcome Lead will provide content knowledge and technical expertise to teams of professionals as they work to develop and implement innovation projects on (a) developing centers for excellence in research and innovation, (b) improving higher education, industry, and community partner collaboration, (c) strengthening research knowledge and skills of faculty, staff, and students, and (d) the policy environment for research and innovations at higher education institutions in Malawi.
Successful candidates will join a team of technical experts and professionals at the Program Management Unit. Positions will be based in Lilongwe, Malawi, and will require occasional travel across Malawi.
