POSITION: REGIONAL MANAGER.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Regional Manager shall be responsible for operational efficiency, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless day-to-day functions.
The candidate will be supporting the regional operations and profitability through ensuring of the best possible business performance and contract delivery. The successful candidate will be based at our Lilongwe office.
Main Responsibilities.
Duties and essential functions but not limited to.
- Ensuring collaboration between administrative and operation departments through timely communication.
- Identifying industries, geographic areas, and new markets in need of security services.
- Identifying and targeting potential clients to secure new business.
- Representing and promoting Target Security Group interests both internally and externally.
- Ensuring that Target Security Group standards are met.
- Ensuring contract required training and screening has been completed for all security staff on time.
Your profile.
- Minimum of 5 years in security management.
- Higher Diploma or equivalent in security management or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office
- Those that have served in the Malawi Defence force or the Malawi Police Service have an added advantage.
- Possession of a driver’s license is a MUST.
- Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow the business portfolio.
- Flexibility to travel within the region and support team members in the field as needed.

- Walking, standing, speaking, listening, observing, jogging, etc.
