POSITION: RECEPTIONIST
Stitch and Print is a company that offers Screen Printing, Embroidery, Sublimation and Paper printing, located at Olympic mall behind Game Complex in Lilongwe.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants to fill the vacant position of a Receptionist.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Certificate in Hotel and Hospitality or Marketing obtained from a recognised institute.
- Malawi School Certificate of Education
- 2 years work experience
- Providing excellent Customer service.
- Answering Phone calls, Emails and ensuring that orders are taken correctly and recorded.
- Assisting with Filing, Printing and Photocopying documents,
- Attending to Customers Enquiries, requests, complaints and compliments.
- Providing Quotations, Receipts and Invoices
- Receiving Cash and Banking.
- Resolving and following up outstanding debtors
- Ensuring that the office is clean.
