POSITION: RECEPTIONIST
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- serves visitors by greeting, •welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Notifying company personnel of visitor’s arrival.
- Keeping the reception safe and clean.
- Operates telecommunications systems.
- Able to handle pressure.
- Good verbal communications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Secretariat studies or any other related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in similar role.
- Attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills.
