1. Greeting clients, agents, and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service.
2. Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
3. Managing the front desk, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
4. Coordinating appointments, showings, and meetings for agents and clients.
5. Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases
6. Assisting with marketing efforts, including preparing materials and coordinating events.
7. Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, including updating marketing materials and listings

Qualifications and Experience

1. Diploma/Certificate in Secretariat studies, Business Administration/ Management or its equivalent.
2.1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
6. Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
7. Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
8. Professional and friendly demeanor, with a positive attitude.
9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
