RECEPTIONIST JOB OPPORTUNITY

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- MSCE with good passes in English and Mathematics
- Minimum of Diploma in Hospitality Management from any recognized institution
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Ability to train others in quality service delivery and champion customer care
- Ensure delivery of good service and quality control
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Problem solving skills
- At least 5 years’ experience in a busy hotel or conference center
- Good ability to receive and welcome guests
- Ability to coordinate and work with other hotel departments
- Good ability to receive and track reservations
- Ability to complete night auditing tasks
