Hills & Associates Limited is a Real Estate Company with expertise in Real Estate Sales, Property
Valuation, Property Management, Property development, Land surveys and General Real Estate
Advisory.
Currently, an opportunity has arisen to engage a qualified person to fill a position tenable at its
office in Lilongwe. The following are the details of the vacant position:
RECEPTIONIST
The Receptionist will be responsible for providing communication link between the office and the
external environment; welcoming clients, handling enquires, overseeing office services like
cleaning and maintenance service providers and maintaining safety and hygiene standards of
the reception area.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or any related field from a recognized training institution approved by National Council of Higher Education (NCHE).
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • A minimum of two years work experience in a busy organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible to work at odd hours.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
