Receptionist (Assistant Branch Administrator)
Responsibilities:
- Extend a warm welcome to guests and manage the reception area.
- Organize and prepare land documentation for clients.
- Operate the branch hotline, serving as the primary customer contact.
- Utilize GPS and tape measures for land measurement and demarcation.
- Assist in land plot demarcation for sales.
Qualities
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chichewa.
- Skilled in writing comprehensive and detailed reports.
- Willing and able to work odd hours, including weekends, and manage hotline operations during these times.
- Mature and capable of interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and professions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Land Management from a reputable institution.
- A certificate in Marketing would be advantageous.
