Receptionist (Assistant Branch Administrator)
Responsibilities:
  • Extend a warm welcome to guests and manage the reception area.
  • Organize and prepare land documentation for clients.
  • Operate the branch hotline, serving as the primary customer contact.
  • Utilize GPS and tape measures for land measurement and demarcation.
  • Assist in land plot demarcation for sales.
Qualities
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chichewa.
  • Skilled in writing comprehensive and detailed reports.
  • Willing and able to work odd hours, including weekends, and manage hotline operations during these times.
  • Mature and capable of interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and professions.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Land Management from a reputable institution.
  • A certificate in Marketing would be advantageous.
