RealSim is a reputable and fast-growing real estate firm specializing in residential, commercial, and property management services. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Real Estate Administrator.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support both our real estate and accounts departments. This hybrid role will involve assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, managing financial records, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both real estate processes and accounting principles, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with property listings, inquiries, and viewings.
  • Maintain and update property management databases.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and tenants regarding property-related matters.
  • Coordinate lease renewals, contracts, and legal documentation.
  • Assist in property marketing and advertising.
  • Manage scheduling for property inspections, meetings, and appointment
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain financial records and assist with monthly reconciliations.
  • Prepare reports related to cash flow, budgets, and other financial matters.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Finance, Land Administration, Physical planning or relevant certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of Accounting, preferably in real estate or property management. Familiarity with real estate terminology, processes, and regulations is a plus.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
