Job Overview:
Tiderise is seeking a Quest Associate– AI Content & Crypto Rewards, who will be responsible for completing, optimizing, and winning digital “Quests” on the Raiinmaker app. These Quests involve generating AI-based artwork or content, capturing video content, interpreting task briefs, and earning crypto rewards based on performance. You’ll represent the company on these platforms while helping us grow our presence, earn tokens, and test new engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and identify high-potential Quests on Raiinmaker
• Create AI-generated artwork or content that aligns with the specific requirements of each Quest
• Optimize submissions for engagement, quality, and platform scoring criteria
• Manage your performance dashboard and ensure timely submissions
• Analyze results, track earnings, and compile performance reports
• Stay current with platform updates, AI model improvements, and reward structures
• Collaborate with internal teams to share learnings and strategies
• Test referral systems and community engagement features to boost influence score

Required Skills:

• Strong creative background in digital art, design, or visual storytelling
• Familiarity with AI art generation platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, or Raiinmaker’s native tools)
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency wallets, token systems, and blockchain-based rewards
• Highly organized with excellent time management and task tracking abilities
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling content
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to fast-evolving digital platforms.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with content competitions, online challenges, or digital creator platforms
• Understanding of social influence metrics and engagement optimization
• Passion for Web3, decentralization, or creator economy innovation.
