1. Quality Control Analyst- 5 Positions
Role Purpose:
Quality is a key foundation of our business and through effective quality management, Universal Industries Ltd. will continue to add value to the company and help achieve its business goals.
The focus of this role is to provide wide ranging quality control support to the quality function, promoting and integrating quality into every aspect of our business.
In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks in support of specific areas of the site quality control function mainly focusing on the analytical technique’s development, sustainability and continued improvement to meet GMP requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To maintain consistent and document compliance with all relevant Safety, occupational Health rules and regulations
2. Environmental (SHE), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Data Integrity (DI), quality and best practice requirements.
3. To perform analytical characterization and data analysis in a timely manner and to a high standard.
4. Perform all Quality Control duties and tasks in accordance with relevant GMP guidelines and provide information to the immediate supervisor about concerns in the online product Quality.
5. Proper hand overing of the shift duties and current condition of the production lines to the reliever
6. Calibration and monitoring of analytical equipment.
7. Perform laboratory investigations and out of specification investigations to GMP standards.
8. Should follow provided SOPs, methods and specifications.
9. Perform method development and method validation activities.
10. Review and get approvals of risk assessments and validation documentation as required.
11. Conducting Product Quality Reviews as required.
12. Support in the training of Quality Control staff.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in Public Health/Environmental Health or its equivalent in related field.
- Atleast 2 years experience.
