Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA systems and food safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
• Lead audits and drive quality improvement initiatives across the production process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and team leadership.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
