PROJECTS & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Reporting to Supply & Distribution Manager
To be based in Lilongwe
JOB KEY PURPOSE:
To maintain all Vivo Energy Malawi facilities in good working conditions and complete engineering and construction projects by organizing, controlling\u00a0and supervising all elements of the project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, maintain and drive implementation of Vivo Energy engineering strategies
Drive fit for purpose design standards in Depots, commercial and retails sites.
Reduce construction costs and times through management of contract KPIs with third parties in projects
To measure and improve effectiveness of the maintenance spend
Ensure Engineering plays a key role in the Vivo Energy value proposition though design, cost compilation and execution.
Ensure VE contractor staff are complying with Group HSSE standards
Manage & supervise execution of capex projects & maintenance works under Supply &Distribution, retail commercial
Implement Asset Integrity Works for facilities to comply with Group Standards
Develop, validate and update maintenance & inspection procedures as part\u00a0of Quality Management System in place
Conduct inspections and prepare remedial action plan in line with budgetary
Ensure preventative maintenance for the depots, commercial & retail site is fully implemented, and Remedial action closed timely
Conduct and document weekly and monthly depot and retail site inspections
Update and track progress of projects and maintenance activities in VE dedicated platforms
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Degree in Engineering preferably in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Proven Project Management experience
Knowledge of HSSE systems, good knowledge of MSOffice applications

Computer literate & Knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD and design software
