VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Youturn Ministries is a religious organisation which aim is to help and prepare church leader through pastor training schools to discover where God’s spirit is at work and join him there with gospel minister. This ministry consists of providing practical needs such as clean water and orphan care, proclaiming the good news and extend the kingdom of Jesus Christ through healthy church planting and glory of God.
We are seeking application from within Malawi from people that would like to full up the following positions in our organisation,
Ministry Coordinator
Reports To
The Ministry Coordinator will report to the Finance and Administration Officer in Malawi.
Job Overview
The Ministry Coordinator will promote the complete ministry overview and vision, making the Gospel paramount, across the nation of Malawi.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Know and communicate the vision of You Turn Ministries during personal contact with others who make inquiries.
- Coordinate Pastor Training Schools, including vetting the teachers at each school, the curriculum of each school and ensuring that all students had been properly vetted for school qualification.
- Work with the Director of Logistics to determine the foreign mission teams to Malawl worksites. This Includes vision, mission, medical and water teams. Coordinate with leadership team on the Malawi strategy of fulfilling the vision of You Turn.
- Supervise Orphan Lighthouse facilitators. This includes knowing each person’s job responsibilities at each Lighthouse.
- Develop relationships with other Malawi NGOS to encourage possible partnerships.

- 20% other duties as assigned by the Ministry Leadership
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A born-again follower of Jesus Christ
- Active member of a like-minded church.
- Must be familiar With Microsoft Word and Excel Must have a good moral character.
- Bachelor’s degree in ministry or equivalent. Bi-Lingual (Chichewa and English)
- Current Driver’s License
- 3 years ministry experience working with an NGO.
