Mary’s Meals Malawi is our largest school feeding programme, and we work closely with schools and community volunteers who help prepare and serve the nutritious meals every school day.

Marys Meals Malawi is looking to recruit energetic and motivated individuals for the position of:

PROGRAMME QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER- BLANTYRE

Job purpose

Reporting to the Programme Delivery Lead, this role is vital to ensuring that our School Feeding Programme is working towards programme excellence. The role holder will oversee the Programme Quality Assurance team and be responsible for ensuring that the data that the Delivery team provides is robust, verified and that data gap are addressed. The role holder will be responsible for identifying data trends and issues within our school feeding programme. The role holder will work in a highly collaborative manner across the programme development team and the delivery and operations team.

Requirements

  • A degree in M&E related field in the social or health sciences from a recognisable institution
  • At least 3 years’ proven experience working within an M&E field.
  • Robust quantitative data collection, analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Proven IT skills, including Microsoft Office, including Excel,
  • Good attention to detail
  • High analytic skills
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to Mary’s Meals vision, mission and values
  • Excellent written and oral English skills, fluency in one or more local languages.
